Who we are

SEO for Roofers is operated by Front9 Digital Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. In this policy "we", "us" and "our" means Front9 Digital Ltd. We are based in the United Kingdom, and your information is processed in the UK and by our service providers in the US and elsewhere. Contact us about privacy at hello@front9digital.com.

What we collect

• When you subscribe: your name, email, phone number, billing address and business name. Card details are collected and processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• When you complete onboarding: information about your roofing business, such as your website, services, service areas (cities, states and ZIP Codes), competitors and Google account status.
• When you book a call: the details you enter into our booking form (name, email and any notes).
• When you browse: unless you opt out, information about how you use the site (pages viewed, device and approximate location) and advertising conversion data.

We never ask for your passwords. Access to Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, Search Console and your website is granted by you inviting our account or creating a separate user.

How we use your information

• To provide the service you have subscribed to and manage your account.
• To take payments and keep financial records.
• To reply to inquiries and hold booked calls.
• To measure and improve our website and advertising, unless you opt out.
• To send service emails about your account, such as onboarding reminders.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf, including:

• Stripe (payments and subscriptions)
• Typeform (onboarding form)
• Calendly (call booking)
• Vercel (website hosting and cookieless visit statistics)
• Google (Analytics and Ads), Meta (Pixel) and Microsoft (Clarity), unless you opt out
• Automation and email tools we use to run onboarding and customer communications

If you are in the US, your information is transferred to and stored in the UK, where data protection law may differ from your state's.

Sale or sharing of personal information

We do not sell personal information for money. Unless you opt out, Google and Meta receive information about your visit through cookies and similar technologies for advertising measurement, which some US state laws treat as "sharing". You can opt out at any time with the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link at the bottom of every page, and we treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as an opt-out.

How long we keep it

We keep customer records for as long as you are a customer and for up to six years afterwards for tax and accounting purposes. Inquiry and booking data is kept for up to 24 months unless you become a customer.

Cookies

Our US site uses analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity) unless you opt out with the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link at the bottom of every page or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. Opting out stops these tools and removes their cookies; you can undo it from the same link. Microsoft Clarity records how visitors use our sales pages (clicks, scrolling and mouse movement); it masks what you type and is never used on our onboarding page. Vercel Web Analytics counts page visits without cookies. Our booking and payment providers may set strictly necessary cookies when you use them, and we set one after payment so your onboarding page can confirm it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. Email hello@front9digital.com to make a request. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
