Who we are

SEO for Roofers is a specialist digital marketing service operated by Front9 Digital Ltd. In this policy "we", "us" and "our" means Front9 Digital Ltd. We are the data controller for personal data collected through seoforroofers.co. Contact us about privacy at hello@front9digital.com.

What we collect

• When you subscribe: your name, email, phone number, billing address and business name. Card details are collected and processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• When you complete onboarding: information about your roofing business, such as your website, services, areas covered, competitors and Google account status.
• When you book a call: the details you enter into our booking form (name, email and any notes).
• When you browse: if you accept analytics cookies, information about how you use the site (pages viewed, device and approximate location) and advertising conversion data.

We never ask for your passwords. Access to Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, Search Console and your website is granted by you inviting our account or creating a separate user.

How we use it and our lawful basis

• To provide the service you have subscribed to and manage your account (performance of a contract).
• To take payments and keep financial records (contract and legal obligation).
• To reply to enquiries and hold booked calls (legitimate interests / steps before a contract).
• To measure and improve our website and advertising (consent, via the cookie banner).
• To send service emails about your account, such as onboarding reminders (contract).

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf, including:

• Stripe (payments and subscriptions)
• Typeform (onboarding form)
• Calendly (call booking)
• Vercel (website hosting)
• Google (Analytics and Ads) and Meta (Pixel), only if you accept analytics cookies
• Automation and email tools we use to run onboarding and customer communications

Some providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or adequacy regulations.

How long we keep it

We keep customer records for as long as you are a customer and for up to six years afterwards for tax and accounting purposes. Enquiry and booking data is kept for up to 24 months unless you become a customer.

Cookies

We only set analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel) if you click "Accept" on our cookie banner. Our booking and payment providers may set strictly necessary cookies when you use them. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's cookies and local storage in your browser, which will show the banner again.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@front9digital.com to make a request. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
