Terms and Conditions

1. About us
SEO for Roofers is a specialist digital marketing service operated by Front9 Digital Ltd. These terms form the agreement between you (the business subscribing) and Front9 Digital Ltd ("we", "us"). The service is intended for businesses, not consumers.
2. The service
We provide search engine optimisation and related local marketing services for roofing businesses, as described in the plan you choose on our website. We may adjust how we deliver the work to reflect changes in search engines or best practice, without reducing the overall scope of your plan.
3. Subscriptions and payment
- Plans are billed monthly in advance, in pounds sterling, through Stripe.
- Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
- If a payment fails we may pause work until the account is brought up to date.
- We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change.
4. Cancellation
There is no minimum term. You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@front9digital.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month, and we do not refund part months. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time; changes apply from your next billing date unless we agree otherwise.
5. Results
Growth targets are not guarantees. Results depend on factors including your location, competition, website, local search demand, services, pricing and your ability to convert enquiries into booked work. Nobody can guarantee rankings in Google or a specific number of enquiries or jobs, and we do not. Google controls its own search results.
6. Your responsibilities
- Complete onboarding and give us accurate information about your business.
- Grant access by inviting our account to Google Business Profile, Google Analytics and Search Console, and by creating a dedicated user for your website. Never send us your passwords.
- Respond to enquiries promptly. How enquiries are converted into jobs is outside our control.
- Make sure anything you ask us to publish is accurate and that you have the right to use it.
7. Content and ownership
Content we create for your website and Google profile belongs to you once the relevant month has been paid. Our methods, tools, templates and reports remain ours.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business or goodwill, or for indirect loss, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
9. Data protection
We handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
